I truly feel everyone deserves that chocolate treat after a hard week of working out! No? To make the recipe healthier try substituting eggs for egg whites, chocolate chips for Carob Chips, or organic chocolate, instead of poping candy use sherbet, instead of sour cream use fat free sour cream, instead of sugar equal, or splenda, instead of butter use “I can’t believe it’s not butter”, instead of the cake mix use vitamix.
